What materials do you offer?
We offer surgical grade stainless steel (316L), 18k gold PVD coated surgical steel, sterling silver, and gold-filled with additional options of gemstone, sea glass, or birthstone charms.
Do they really not tarnish?
Stainless steel, sterling silver, and gold-filled pieces will not tarnish and will last forever with proper care. 18k gold PVD coated steel will fade after about 2 years.
My bracelet broke.
Come back and we will re-attach it free of charge. If you have lost the piece, we will replace it for 50% off.
How do I clean my bracelet?
Wash gently with soap and water. Scrub with toothpaste and a toothbrush if deep cleaning is needed.
